Der Aussteuergrad der Motorsteuerung wird dynamisch an die Zwischenkreisspannung angepasst. Damit ist eine reine Steuerung ohne Drehzahlrückführung möglich.
Eine Inkrementalgeberauswertung mit dem Ziel der Minimierung des Quantisierungsfehlers wurde realisiert.
Der Rampenregelung wurde eine Drehzahlregelung mit Vorsteuerung überlagert. Damit
wurde eine schnelle Schlupfausregelung erreicht.
Die Mikrocontroller software program wurde mit dem Ziel möglichst hoher Modularität erstellt.
Dadurch stehen nun alle entwickelten Module auch für andere Arbeiten auf PIC foundation mit einer einfachen Integrationsmöglichkeit zur Verfügung.
Ein home windows Computerprogramm für die Parametrisierung und Messwertanzeige im
laufenden Betrieb wurde entwickelt und während der checks ausgiebig verwendet.
Es wurden Umfangreiche Dynamik- und Belastungstests durchgeführt und ausgewertet. Die erreichte Dynamik ist intestine, die Kühlung der Leistungshalbleiter ist für einen Dauerbetrieb an der Leistungsgrenze allerdings ungenügend.
Damit steht nach dieser Studienarbeit ein dynamischer, bei Bedarf drehzahlgeregelter,
Umrichter mit PC-Messwertanzeige und Parametrisiermöglichkeit zur Verfügung.
