I processi di miglioramento del benessere di un individuo costituiscono eventi che si situano tra l’individuo e il mondo in cui vive e dunque il benessere è legato a un’idea di mondo insita in ogni approccio di aiuto alla personality: agire consistent with migliorare il proprio stato significa agire nella costruzione di un mondo possibile.
